Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy

We are always working to help you out if you face any issues while shopping with us. But we have a policy that we abide by to make our judgements.

Cancellations:
The cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request on email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.
*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.

Returns (If Applicable)
Our policy lasts 7 days. Beyond 7 days of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are only considered in any of the below scenarios.


We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • In the off chance that you have received a product that is different than what you had ordered, you need to notify us by email with the same within 24 hours. So that we can process your application for returns. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.)
  • If the product is damaged then you can email us directly regarding the same within 24 hours. (Please attach some photo proof so it is easier for us to process the application for return)


Shipping address for return products will be communicated in the email id.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and it has been more than 15 days and you have still not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@foodmilestone.com.

Sale/ Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@foodmilestone.com and send your item to the communicated address on the email provided. (There is no exchange available on sale/discounted items.)
